CHAPTER 10: FLOGGED

M ing and Utte discussed the proposition of the Sexual Interrogation Project when they returned to the Chinese Embassy. Ming was at first taken aback by what Hass and Dulcimeth wanted to do. Utte put no pressure on her to accept the offer. Frankly, the Mistress Major was still not certain whether the Ministry of State Security ought to do a joint venture with the Sexual Interrogation Project. There were real dangers and risks that haunted her. But, upon reflection, she decided to inform the Chinese Ambassador of the outcome of the meeting and to recommend that Peking send several medical specialists to tour the Sexual Interrogation Project’s hospital and to assess just how advanced its transplantation science really was. She wanted that science. It was the brass ring.

She also decided to ask the Ambassador for a briefing on the neural net project and to request Peking to supply the appropriate experts. This was riskier business. But, Hass had forced her hand. Damn that old geezer!

The next week was busy for the Mistress Major. So busy that she had no time for the sexually hurting General. His stiffie had gotten considerably worse since the fucking it had taken in the limousine. He desperately needed intercourse with the pretty German. She had no time for him. And, told him so. He was hurt at first. Males hate rejection. But, the need and desire refused to abate. And that rejection and unending sexual need slowly rotted into a nasty anger. But, it was an anger that he could not show. The Mistress Major required complete passivity whenever he was around her or otherwise dealt with her. She had no need for male chauvinism or machismo. Her males had to be pliant and submissive. Good boys that obeyed their Mistress Major. Only good boys were rewarded with having their penises stroked and other sexual delights. On the other hand, bad boys had to eat the bitter fruits of male frustration – as well as suffer the tribulations of punishment meted out by a woman.

She allowed only one phone call or e-mail per day from the General. Any contact in excess of that would earn her cold indifference – and perhaps also her flogger.

The General detested being ignored. If he wanted to remain in her good graces, then he would just have to learn to deal with his desire. To control it. The challenge and problem for the poor Frenchman was that he was chemically addicted to the blonde German bitch. Tormented by hormones and biopolymers designed to make him itch sexually for her. In a way that was impossible for him to scratch. Relief could only come from her. Only when Dulcimeth was between her strong thighs and inside the hot oven of her femininity could he hope for relief and satisfaction.

His anger sought and found expression in his subtle opposition to the Chinese doctors that ultimately toured the transplantation facilities and spoke with the medical professionals on the staff of the Sexual Interrogation Project.
